Far Northern Regional Center is a fixed point of referral for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. FNRC also provides services to infants and toddlers who are showing a delay in their development or who are at substantially high risk for a developmental disability. FNRC coordinates community resources such as education, recreation, health, rehabilitation and welfare for individuals with developmental disabilities.

All of our services are free to families of children with special needs, and are supported through grants, contracts, donations, and fundraising activities. A designated California Family Resource Center, serving families of infants and toddlers who have a diagnosed disability or who are at risk of developing a disability due to certain risk factors.
