Adult Day Program Instructor (Oroville)
Job Classification: Part-time or Full-time, hourly, non-exempt.
Summary: ADP Instructors work with adults with IDD in group settings and oversee various programs, classes, and activities for skill development and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct instructional sessions and activities.
- Maintain contact with clients and support virtual sessions.
- Enhance clients’ quality of life and foster community connections.
Requirements:
- Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
- Background check, drug test, and TB test clearance.
- Problem-solving skills, patience, and compassion.

Independent Living Skills Instructor
Job Classification: Part-time or Full-time, hourly, non-exempt.
Summary: The Independent Living Skills (ILS) Instructor will work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities, helping them to live more independently. The ILS program provides diverse skills, training, and services that focus on an individual’s personal and social needs. Instructors maintain consistent contact with clients to assist in the further development of the skills they need to live independently as functioning members of their community.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
- Background check, drug test, and TB test clearance.
- Problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy.
